Terms of Service

These general terms and conditions of sale (the “Terms”) govern the purchase of The Pledge Blueprint and the Agency Partner or Enterprise plans (each a “Service”) provided by 42Boosters (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing a Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Service — The Pledge Blueprint. 42Boosters delivers one Pledge Blueprint per purchase, for one funded campaign, within 3 hours of receiving a validated, funded campaign URL and your add-on list. Blueprints are sent to the email address you provide.

Service — Agency Partner (Quarterly Plan). Agency Partner is a quarterly plan billed at $5,991 USD per quarter ($1,997/month), paid on the date of purchase and each subsequent quarter. Each plan month includes up to 20 Strategic PM Analyses (use-it-or-lose-it; unused analyses do not roll over). The plan is capped at 20 analyses per month with no per-extra overage — there is no way to purchase additional analyses beyond the included allowance. Enterprise (quarterly, $14,991/q, $4,997/month) includes 100 Strategic PM Analyses per month plus priority support and the Custom API Webhook. Plans auto-renew until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial-period refunds.

Refunds — The Pledge Blueprint. The Ground-Truth Guarantee applies: every backer segment in your Pledge Blueprint maps to a real reward tier we pulled from your campaign page, and every add-on referenced anywhere in your emails matches the list you submitted. Every uptake or revenue figure carries a label — computed directly from your numbers, or a disclosed, sourced industry range. If you find an invented tier, an invented add-on, or an unlabeled figure, we rebuild the offending section within 24 hours. Additionally, you receive one free Full Retry within 30 days of purchase: if your add-on prices change, your launch slips, or you wish to explore a different angle, we pull a completely fresh Pledge Blueprint with new segmentation and new copy at no charge. The Ground-Truth Guarantee does not cover whether a backer actually adds on, or whether any specific dollar figure is hit — no one can honestly guarantee backer behavior, and 42Boosters does not claim to.

Refunds — Agency Partner / Enterprise. The Consistency Promise applies: every Strategic PM Analysis is delivered within 2 hours of a validated, funded campaign. If an analysis exceeds the 2-hour delivery window, that analysis is free. If an analysis ships with an unlabeled revenue figure, we redo it same day at no charge. Annual plan fees are non-refundable except as provided above. You may cancel your plan at any time.

Use. Reports are for your own campaign use. You may not resell, share, or republish the report or its contents.

Independence. 42Boosters is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Kickstarter PBC, Indiegogo, BackerKit, Gamefound, Crowd Ox, or PledgeBox. 42Boosters does not integrate with, send emails through, or manage your Pledge Manager or email service provider. All final sending, compliance, and campaign execution are the sole responsibility of the user. 42Boosters does not guarantee specific revenue outcomes. Individual results vary, and every revenue figure in a delivered blueprint is labeled with its source.

Force Majeure. 42Boosters’s liability shall not be engaged if the non-execution or delay in execution of any of its obligations described in these Terms results from a case of force majeure. Force majeure means any external, unforeseeable and irresistible event within the meaning of Article 1218 of the French Civil Code.

Competent Court. Any dispute relating to the interpretation and execution of these Terms is subject to French law. In the absence of an amicable resolution, the dispute will be brought before the Tribunal de Commerce de Lille Métropole (France).
